To speed it up, follow those steps:
1.Download the file here.
2.Right click the file and choose “install”.
3.Click “open”.
4.Press Start + R.
5.Type CMD.
6.Press Enter.
7.Type regsvr32 actxprxy.dll.
8.Click ok in the Windows that will open.
9.Close the Command Promp.
10.Reboot the computer
Now you are done, your Internet Explorer 8 should load much faster.
